Il Girasole is a holiday home in the heart of Putignano's old town, with its distinctive authentic stone vaults and details typical of the Apulian tradition. The apartment is welcoming, practical and ideal for anyone looking to relax and enjoy genuine character in a truly unique setting.

This house is our little dream. We are always on hand to help our guests during their stay, with tips on what to see, where to eat and how to make the most of the area: we want every guest to feel right at home. The apartment, all on the ground floor, has a double bedroom, a small room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom and a living area.

The apartment is just a short walk from bars, restaurants and shops: the perfect spot to enjoy the famous Putignano Carnival and to reach Alberobello, the Itria Valley and Polignano a Mare. As it sits within the old town, the house cannot be reached directly by car: parking is 2–3 minutes away on foot, with free spaces and paid municipal bays (blue lines).

We want you to choose il Girasole with all the facts to hand: here are the times, house rules and small practical details worth knowing before you book.

  • Check-in from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm, check-out from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. We kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time in advance. At check-in, a photo ID and a credit card are required.
  • Getting here and parking. The house is in the old town and cannot be reached directly by car: parking is 2–3 minutes away on foot, with free spaces and paid municipal bays (blue lines).
  • Children and beds. Children of all ages are welcome; from 18 years upwards guests are charged as adults. The property does not provide cots or extra beds.
  • No pets. For the comfort of all our guests, the property is unable to accommodate pets.
  • Non-smoking property and quiet hours. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and parties or events are not allowed. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
